* In order to find out the availability of the room you select; you can contact us directly by telephone or mail.

* 1 day accommodation fee must be paid as deposit in case the room is available. The deposit can be paid to the below mentioned bank account as EFT. Following the delivery of the bank receipt by fax or mail you will receive a Final Reservation Confirmation Message.

Note: We request that the name of the person who will accommodate in our hotel must be the same as the name indicated on the bank receipt of the deposit in order not to experience any complications in case the person who makes the reservation is not the same person who will accommodate.
Canceling Reservation;
* It is necessary to notify our hotel 15 days prior to the check in date. In such a case all of your deposit will be reinstated. In shorter period of cancellations the deposit is not returned.
* The remaining balance of your accommodation rate is paid during check in. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. The check out time is at 12:00 pm, therefore the check in time is at 13:00 pm. Those who wish to come earlier can enjoy the garden or Café Tash Mahal.
* Provence, Teras and Dora II are the rooms where additional beds can be placed. The rate of extra bed is 80 YTL. We do not allow children between the ages of 0-7 into our hotel. An extra bed rate is charged to children over 6 years old.
